 Francis Waina holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Geology from the University of PNG and a Bachelor of Science with Honours from the University of Queensland. After graduation in 1993 he joined Santos Limited and held positions of geologist and project geologist in PNG until 2003 before relocating to Australia to become technical specialist and development geologist until he joined NGE in 2006. His experience ranges from well site geology operations, geological field mapping surveys, planning and co-ordinating exploration and drilling activities, licence administration, health and safety in field operations, petrophysical analyses and evaluations, prospects and leads generation and reserves evaluations. Francis is based in PNG. |
