PPL268
PPL 268 lies south and updip of the Elevala, Ketu and Stanley discoveries. The terrain is gentle and heavily timbered. Seismic data defines a broad structural nose plunging to the north-east potentially draining hydrocarbons from the Cecilia and Kau Troughs. Hydrocarbon migration through the block is confirmed by wet gas flow from Lake Murray-1 drilled by Conoco in 1973.
