 Robert Scott is a Chartered Accountant with 40 years experience as an adviser on corporate services and taxation. He currently provides consultancy services on corporate structuring and taxation planning with Gooding Pervan, Chartered Accountants. Rob is Chairman of ASX listed entities Amadeus Energy Limited (since 1996) and bioMD Limited (since 1999). He is also on the board of ASX listed entities Australian Renewable Fuels Ltd (since 2002), Homeloans Limited (since 2000) and Evans & Tate Ltd (since July 2005). Rob is a member of the Audit Committee and of the Remuneration Committee. |
